Please call for a return authorization within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Credit will be issued within 2 days of the time we receive the item and you will be notified a credit to your account has been initiated, depending on your bank you should expect a credit to your card within 1-4 weeks.
Shipping Options
We ship Fedex and common carrier depending on the product weight and size. Most products over 150 pounds in weight will be drop shipped from the manufacterers warehouse and will be dependent on their availibility. Some items may be in seperate shipments.
Fedex Air to Alaska and Hawaii as well as International shipments.
Freight charges will be e-mailed for your approval prior to shipment. Our Auto freight calculator currently works only with orders in the 48 Continental United States.
All duties and taxes on International shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
